SkyRun provides vacation lodging to guests in resort beach and mountain destinations in 2nd homes. The homes are owned by private individuals that have the property as a 2nd home but only use it 2-3 weeks/year on average. The homeowner then can use the services of a property manager to rent out the remaining time to guests for family vacations. Then as the property manager, you keep 25-35% of the rental income aftersubtracting the cleaning and maintenance costs.
